Vallalar Manavar Illam Founder
As a subsidiary of the District Sanmarga Association, Vallalar Student Home was started under the supervision of an administrative committee guided by Thiru Sankaraya.
Key Objectives:
01.
To provide food, clothing, shelter, and quality education to poor and orphaned children.
02.
To train students in the moral teachings of Vallalar Ramalinga Adigal and instill discipline.
03.
To teach small crafts and village industries alongside schooling to enable self-reliance after education.
What we have
Facilities
The home began with sixteen students, supported by villagers and branch members. Local women contributed to the food supply through small-grain donation programs.
In 1994, a new hostel building was opened by District Collector Thiru E. Chandrasekar IAS.
